Support: FAQs:

What other tools or information are available for TerraBase and TerraBaseOnline?

In addition to the TerraBaseOnline system requirements, your experience with the TerraBase system can be greatly enhanced by downloading the following tools and libraries from the TerraBase web site.

TerraBase data resources:
When you are using the TerraBase system, you will usually find it necessary to provide specifications to labs and engineering firms regarding data format and content requirements. The TerraBase L2 format is most commonly used for analytical data imports, but other formats for geotechnical data are also available. Instructions and descriptions regarding these file formats and the various data dictionaries that are involved can be found at http://www.terrabase.com/downloads/EDD-Guidance_doc.zip

Integrate software tools:
Manually reviewing data produced by a laboratory in the aforementioned L2 format can be a tedious operation if you don’t have the proper tools. Integrate has produced the CheckMate software to help you, your laboratories and engineers to provide compliant data in the L2 format based upon your own specific user needs. CheckMate can be found at http://www.terrabase.com/downloads/checkmate.zip. Please note that this is a relatively large file and should be downloaded using broadband access whenever possible.
