What are the system requirements for TerraBaseOnline?

In order for your PC to operate properly within TerraBaseOnline, you need to be certain that you have a few software components, data resource files, and application updates for your PC.

Browser Encryption
TerraBaseOnline.com operates in a heavily secured environment. For that reason, your browser must support 128 bit encryption. Check your encryption level by starting Internet Explorer, Click on Help | About Internet Explorer. This will launch a Help window with the current version of Internet Explorer and the Cipher Strength (Cipher Strength is your encryption level). If you are running Microsoft Internet Explorer and do not already have the 128 bit encryption update, you can obtain it from:

If you are running a different Internet browser application, you should contact the vendor for details regarding 128-bit encryption support for their systems.

Citrix Client
Currently, you access the TerraBaseOnline applications via the Citrix Web Client. If you do not currently have Citrix components installed on your PC, you should download and install the latest version of the Citrix Web Client from the link below.
