Waste Track allows you to track industrial wastes from
production to disposal with point-and-click ease. You
can also track a wide range of related data, such as
emergency guides, DOT labels, and handling codes.
Review the functionality below for information regarding
cradle-to-grave waste tracking, automatic generation
of manifests, online emergency handling guides and preformatted
tax and manifest reports by date range, transporter,
etc.
Waste Profiles
- Create, edit and delete unlimited waste profiles
- Profile Information: Allows the user to enter information such as company,
plant, waste type, date generated, initials, waste
name, physical state, generating process, cost center,
pH, color, flash point, reportable quantity, density,
reactivity, BTU, state, industrial waste ID, EPA
Hazardous waste IDs and comments.
- Waste Composition: Allows the user to enter unlimited waste information
including but not limited to waste composition description,
maximum and minimums.
- Emergency Handling: Allows the user to enter unlimited emergency handling
information, select an emergency guide, display
the contents of an emergency guide or create a new
emergency handling guide.
- DOT Label: Allows the user to enter hazardous constituents
and DOT Label information including proper shipping
name, hazardous class, UN number and package group.
- Approvals: Allows the user to enter unlimited approval information
including but not limited to disposer, state approval
no., disposer approval no., approval date, initials,
handling codes, cost, cost unit, lab fees, accounting
code.
- Supporting Files: Allows the user
to attach unlimited supporting documents to the
current profile.
Manifests
- Hazardous and Solid Waste Manifests
- Create, edit and delete unlimited hazardous waste
manifests
- Allows the user to enter waste manifest information
for company, plant, disposer, transporter, manifest
no, document no, generator name, generator date,
transporter name, transporter date, facility owner/operator
name, facility data, are signatures complete and
comments.
- Allows the user to assign unlimited profiles to
the current manifest.
- Incinerated waste manifests
- Create, edit and delete unlimited incinerated
waste manifests
- Allows the user to enter incinerated waste manifest
information for company, plant, date, initials,
manifest no., generators area/dept., cost
center, generator name, generator initials, receiver
name, receiver initials, date waste received, operator
name, operator initials, date incinerated, incinerator,
burn number, are signatures complete and comments.

groups.
Archives
- Allows the user to archive information no longer
needed in the system.
